With over 30 years of experience as an Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant and Relationship Expert, I’ve dedicated myself to helping leaders grow forward in their careers. You can say I’m passionate about empowering and equipping others for success!
My mission, personally and professionally, has always revolved around people. When not on my day job, you might find me marriage counseling, relationship coaching, career advising, or mentoring someone at the local coffee shop. Leadership coaching and consulting is much more than a job to me... it's a lifestyle!
As an Executive Coach, I help clients identify the mindsets and behaviors holding them back from greatness. We then personalize an action plan that will yield the maximum benefit to their business and people. Little is more gratifying than watching my clients experience their own aha moments and then sharing those wins as a result of their implementation in the workplace.
I received my executive coaching training from the University of Georgia and am also SHRM-certified and an accredited marriage counselor. For the past three decades, I've worked with company leadership and boards to ensure that their leaders perform at optimal levels to yield the greatest impact for the business.
