Here's How It Works
Program is paid for by the organization.
Our executive coaching program is sponsored and paid for by the organization. It can be customized for seasoned executives, senior leaders, middle managers, and rising talent.
Sponsor checkpoints at start, midpoint, and end.
We coordinate the leader's development plan with their assigned executive sponsor. We meet with both sponsor and client together at the start to ensure an aligned vision; at the halfway mark to review and recalibrate if necessary; and upon completion for a final check.
Length of coaching engagement is typically 6 months.
We meet with each leader on a weekly basis, three times (3x) each month over the course of our 6-month program. Additional meetings may be scheduled as needed.
Coaching can be delivered in-person or virtually.
Executive coaching can be delivered in person or virtually via Zoom. We require that video cameras be turned on to get the most benefit from visual interaction during these sessions.
Sessions are 60-minutes in length.
Punctuality is crucial as all meetings will begin and end as scheduled, lasting for 60-minutes.
Additional resources will be provided.
Each individual's coaching journey is unique. To optimize the experience and outcome, additional resources may be provided to the client as needed at no additional cost.
